The in-CMS file uploader has been released which now makes it a cinch to upload files while you work. No need for FTP, just go to the file manager, navigate your way to the correct folder, choose your file and away you go. This new feature is part of the Flux CMS Base package, and will be rolled out to all existing clients when they are next updated to the latest version.

After 5 years, we've finally updated the look and feel for the Flux CMS site. I guess it's just like the proverbial plumbers with leaky pipes - we're so busy looking after our clients' website projects that we get precious little time to devote to our own projects. This new site utilises the Flux 3 logo, and is running on the Flux 3 platform. It has been a long time coming, but finally FLUX 3 IS HERE! 

I've written and published the first in a series of occasional primers about the internet and technology. This month's is a jargon buster for Domain Names and Web Hosting.
